If you missed the Cyphered Tablet or can’t get it to drop for an MW3 Zombies mission, then you need to leave the match and deploy again. Once you start a new match, just retrace your steps and complete the mission objectives once again, even if they’re marked as complete.

If you’re doing the Hands-Off mission, for example, you need to kill Mercenaries with a Sentry Gun again in order for the Cyphered Tablet to drop. If you’re working on the Bring ‘Em On quest, you need to get kills while under the effect of Frenzied Guard.

With the way that quests work in MW3 Zombies, you should only need to kill one enemy to get a Cyphered Tablet since every enemy killed after fulfilling the criteria will net you one.
